Mike Evans
and why?

Not even close for me. Evans is has only been a Wr1 one time in four years. He's not a difference maker like Zeke or DJ. They both give you a huge advantage over your opponent's RB1. Evans does not give you any advantage over an average WR1, and is actually a liability in that role most years.

Luck, Drake, Evans, Kupp, DJ Moore, Kelce and 2019 1st

I wouldn't give either of those for Evans. The only WRs I'd consider moving Zeke or DJ for straight up are AB, OBJ, or Hopkins.

He wasnt a wr1 his rookie year when he had 1k yards and 12 tds?

There isn’t a combination of players there that would even make me consider moving either of those RBs
