It's gonna be down April 6th for 5 days minimum they say. I know I'm early, but I'm already having separation anxiety and fear of withdrawals.

Thanks for the information.

Fortunately we have to adjust salary cap under 120M$ (different than cut down of rosters happening later) on 31 March-1st April, a first waiver wire on 2nd April and draft not before May after the real one.

It's just the second waiver wire on 9th April who could be cancelled or reported. For the rest, no matter.

Hopefully it is back online in time for our favorite pre-NFL league rookie draft. :)

I really hope this is just sarcasm... Can't handle your league site down for a few days? How do users of Yahoo, ESPN, etc even live like this?

I would have thought that the "what the hell am I gonna do at work" would have betrayed the nature of the thread but I guess not.

It's a bit of sarcasm, a dash of slow-Friday-afternoon-at-work boredom, with just a pinch of heads-up to those who may not be aware skip. That being said, I do peruse my leagues a little everyday and have no life so I'm not looking forward to it.

I know you were being sarcastic - but for anyone who is wondering:

Yahoo Football & ESPN are still in 2017 mode - so you can still make trades - they simply havent moved to the new year yet.

In Yahoo the trades themselves have to be posted on message board (or email) - and then the Commish can manually alter the rosters.

However ESPN trades can still be processed (did one earlier today with Phaded).

We've had to re-schedule our Free Agent auction twice now. Hopefully everything gets wrapped up by April 14th.

As for a more global comment, not sure why they can't do these kinds of things in February... when they roll the site over.

I agree, this has been my issue. Why not do it early February after the season has ended, and release the next year webpage once the updates are finished? Right dab in the middle of free agency and the draft is a terrible time, interest is starting to peak back up, this is trade season.

We still have 5 owners who haven't even logged into the 2018 site yet. Pretty sure they aren't going to miss these few days of maintenance.
