12 team, non PPR, non IDP, 1 keeper (4th rd or later from previous year - replaces 3rd rd pick)

I am currently 1 game out of 1st in my division and have had a rough start, despite having one of the better teams. I just completed a trade, hopefully helping me reach the playoffs.

I gave: Jennings, Ryan Matthews, & Tolbert
He gave: Gore

My team after the trade:
QB - Flacco, Henne, Kitna
RB - Rice, Turner, Gore, McGahee, Hart
WR - AJ, Garcon, VJax, B Tate, James Jones
TE - Davis, Witten
D - Steelers
K - Gostkowski

What do you think? Was it worth making the deal and do I need to make any additional moves? (I will be dropping Kitna after this week & have been trying to trade Witten, although Davis is now hurt)

I like the deal, esp as long as the charger RBs are splitting the duties there. It does leave you a little thin at WR, but I wouldn't go overboard in replacing Jennings, just keep an eye on the waiver wire.

Gore is a stud worth getting for the pennant drive.
