Looking to join Dynasty Non-IDP league

Hey guys. new to the forum, but not fantasy football. Been playing redafters for around 10 years, and dynasty for about 6 or 7. looking to get into one more non-IDP dynasty league, either free or something at or around $50. I am an active owner, looking for more enjoyment then the boring redrafts. Would like a start-up, but am ok with taking over a team as long as there is atleast something there to work with. lol.
