Corey Davis missing pro day

Postby kamihamster » Wed Mar 15, 2017 11:03 am

With no measurements of his athletic ability, is he still in the top 4 based off his tape alone? For me, yes. With the 1.04 in my home league I'm hoping that I can get him there.

I think this was expected. He said at the time that he'd put on his own personal pro day right before the draft.

Injury was said to be a high ankle sprain? Is surgery normal for that? I thought it was just rest? What's the timeline? I don't think it'll change much for me because there was never really a question about his speed and by all accounts, he's a hard worker so it doesn't seem like he's ducking a workout.

I'd take him all day at 1.04 or 1.03.

It's fascinating how both of the top 2 WR's in this year's draft seem to be falling. Corey at 1.04 or even 1.03 is a steal. Williams seems like he may be set up to even fall out of the top 1.04 depending on landing spots of other top prospects. Imagine if McCaffrey really goes to NO like Jeremiah has in his current mock. Or Mixon gets drafted in the first few rounds.

I personally just need Mixon drafted to take him 1.2. Then at 1.6 it'll either be one of the WR that falls or McCaffrey, win win for me.

The Pro Day is not as important to me as the injury is. High ankle with two torn ligaments. Ankle and foot injures worry me more a lot more than knees. How times have changed since Bernard King came back for his ACL in the 80's
