I see this as a wash. Both will be good for a long time and will be around the same ADP their entire careers. You can make arguments for both sides but I'll keep it simple and just say my vote is for Arob.

Cooper is already a stud. Unfortunately for fantasy, his team is TOO good sometimes so the ball gets spread around so much. But he is incredibly talented and has been a low end WR1 even with highly inconsistent usage
