i dont think he needs ben with brees. kolb has the chance to be the heir apparent to brees. big ben is another stupid move from being run out of PIToutrage wrote:I'd probably take Trade #1 as well. Ben, when he's not in trouble, is a great quarterback. Kolb is very unproven, but has potential. I think that one just comes down to personal preference.

Given that you already have 2 1st round picks this year, I'd definitely trade away your 2nd round pick for next year's first.
Since you have Brees, Big Ben would be pretty useless to you until Brees retires. By that time, if not sooner, I excpect Kolb to be better than Big Ben. Younger too.
However, I would try to counter that owner and offer him Dennis Dixon for someone else on his roster. Dixon might actually get some use on the team that owns Ben. I could never see you saying "hmmm, who should I start this week, Drew Brees or Dennis Dixon??".

I do both!
sure bens had a few off field issues but people have a short memory and so should you
Ben's been a very solid fantasy QB for years and it still only like 28 or so maybe not even.
DO IT! both
