Evidently an attorney released that statement. Not that it's much more reliable in this day and age.

Find out any dog records, see if their is a vet bill or any check ins, idk that's thats illegal to investigate, I dont know the law to know something that specific.

It may answer alot of questions to the character of the accused.

Seriously, to the question, animals are considered property and the HIPAA laws do not apply. However each state has their own laws regarding privacy. The majority still are considered private:

glad I traded away McCoy away for Barkley this off season when I had a chance. Well it was McCoy, Aj Green and Tyreek Hill for Barkley to exact but yea

he was on the sell now before to late prior to this imo.

I mean, this kinda situation, on the surface, reminds me of Ray Donovan (Showtime), where rich people will do anything to cover something up/take care of a problem/get something done.

Take it FWIW (an unverified claim) someone on twitter posted they worked for an animal shelter in Philly.

McCoy dropped some dogs off and when he got traded to Buffalo he just left them there. Never called or anything.

Yeah - I got to think that if McCoy hired someone(s) to do this for him, the cops or a PI will find out who they are. Someone always talks.

Anyone else find it odd that the only "evidence" we have is a now deleted Instagram post. No police report, no medical report, no news company, just an instgram post that has now been deleted. We need more news the offseason sucks.

Definitely some odd factors in all of this. The whole trendy thing of immediately rushing to some social media site to bash a person now is pretty pathetic, never understood it. And then it always gets deleted, which makes even less sense, since we allknow once you hit send, it never actually gets deleted. My personal favorites are the parents who post when somebody looks at their child wrong. That'll show them.
