For sure. He's a late 3rd early 4th pick IMO.

That dude is absolutely killing it.
Love it.

What's a slow draft got to do with anything? They've got three weeks to finish before the NFL draft. I encourage all my leagues to do slow drafts to encourage trading.
It was an unnecessary comment about this league. Take away what info you want from these early drafts. I think it's fun to see players getting picked earlier than I anticipated
Agreed. This ought to be slow, players don’t even have teams yet. Owners need time to evaluate the board and then work trades if they choose to go that way.

If it’s too slow for you, just don’t click on it. It’s their league and their draft. They’re generously sharing it with us.
KingsKing came in first team in All Adderall Lg and only other athletic pursuit is Speed Chess so you gotta cut him some slack

If I translate this draft to mine...

Jalen Wright
Drake Maye
Roman Wilson.

I don't love it.

Slow draft is the way to go. Let people deal. Someone calling out a slow draft is really an LOL at them IMO.

JJ trade is what it is. As a JJ owner somewhere, I hope it doesn’t work out somehow for him

Thanks for sharing the draft. Ignore the haters and thanks for any league participant comments/insights. Draft winners will be decided in weeks and years to come (aside from lost market value in trades…), not today pre-draft.

It's still fast even for a "slow draft". Love the movement and activity by all. You may not like the deals, but teams are making moves THEY think will better their squads. Props to all for sharing.

I was ok with the trade itself on value differentiation. I'm not crazy high on Addison, so that's not a roster-crushing loss for me.

What bothered me was choosing Bowers that early in a non-TEP league. I would have loved to see a double-bite at the WR apple with 1.04 and 1.05. Not criticizing the choice. Just saying I would have felt even better about the trade if a different player had been chosen.

Reviewing the entirety of the draft to date, I’m getting the impression that this is not anywhere near as deep a draft class as has been previously touted. I want to be very clear that this is not a criticism aimed at the GEDL league or anyone in it. I’m seeing guys drafted in the back half of the second round and into the third that I do not see as better than guys drafted later - sometimes much later - in last year’s draft. And it’s not because I’m seeing guys who I think are better prospects falling. IMO this is not a deep class at all.

I may have to rethink my picks in the 4th round and beyond and see if I can’t acquire 2025 picks for them or use them as throw ins.

Goes back to the old argument about position valuation. Bowers may be a greater source of additional points vs what was currently on the roster whereas taking on the wr might be more of a lateral gain vs current squad guys. But that is for each to decide

It's deep for SF. Not 1QB due to the lack of RB prospects. In SF you are looking at your late first getting you first round NFL WR talent still. We shall see.

How so? By the end of the 2/3 turn the top 6 QBs were all selected. Are you saying more than 6 QBs would be taken by that time in SF?
