But he still ran inside on the guy, in his direction, trying to beat him because he knew he couldn't score with speed (the stumble on the catch made it very apparent he didn't have the speed) the safety had the angle at full speed, it was obvious he's get angled off. It was selfish to try and beat the guy at the expense of losing the timeout.

BTW, is Kupp elite yet?

That's a fumble. Akers was not down.

1st choke play by Stafford...up 14, too busy changing a play at like of scrimmage, forgot about the snap. That play is inexcusable.

Akers's hands are a lot more of a concern than his Achilles.

2nd choke job by the Rams, Ackers fumble.
1st choke job could have been nullified if Ackers didn't fumble.

He'll be back next year carrying the ball high and tight like Tiki Barber did to solve his fumbling issues.

That was an intense game! Love it.

0-3 on my picks thus far just need the Bills to win to complete my futility in picking the games this round! lol

Yep. I'd boost him up to RB1 in Dynasty with that assumption.

On a more serious note, part of me wanted to see the Bucs run D vs the 49ers, and a Brady vs "that Motherf@#ker" showdown.

Looks like KC likes what McKinnon has given them recently. He's getting the start over CEH.

Awesome game already and it's only the 1st Quarter.

I love how the Bills play football. Absolutely fearless on 4th down.

Perhaps it will burn them at some point today, but it's GREAT to watch.

Stopping either of these QB's on the scramble is such an impossible task.

DL tend to take terrible angles, and dive at their feet instead of trying to angle them off and force them to change direction, allowing their teammates an easier shot at them. As the game evolves to more QB running, I think DL coaches need to address this more.
