Jameis isn't good. They have a competitive team, and Hill is electric when he's on the field. They should give him a shot to do more. We know what Winston is. Hill doesn't need to beat teams with his arm, alone, his legs can set it up. The contract indicates strongly he's going to be very involved next year. Maybe some more packages.
