Fair enough if you’re not sold on JJM

I think I would have stood pat. Two spots for what? Not a top 3 wr. Too early for a Rb. TE. Maybe. You know that popular opinion tho. Gotta be Danials if he is there.

It's single QB. Using it as ammo to get into the top 3. The 25 2nd will likely be late, so it was essentially a 3rd being it's a 16 teamer. Dart throw. I have two 25 firsts and two 25 seconds to play around with on top of 1.6 to try and get a deal done.

Hmm, top 4 or bust then. GL my friend

12 team SF PPR:

Give: Travis Etienne + Tank Bigsby
Get: Early/Mid 2025 1st.

Basically just trying to make some room on my bench for incoming rookies.
Yes, ETN is sitting on my bench next to Gibbs, London, and Garrett Wilson.
Starting RB's are Bijan/Breece, starting WR's JJ/Chase, starting Flex's ARSB/Puka.

Embarrassment of riches, so traded away ETN and Bigsby to open up bench slots, and push some draft equity forward.
I expect the 25 1st to be top 2-5 range.

I get the strategy. Wonder if you got full value but that isn't always the whole story.

It's a strange trade from the other side. Regardless of value, if I'm expecting my team not to contend I'm surely not buying RBs.

If pick does end up being 2-5 I like this deal for you

Been busy in my 12TM, PPR, SF, TE Prem (2PPR) League

________________

During the season

Trade 1 (posted previously here)

Gave:
2024 1st (Which became the 1.12)

Got:
Brock Purdy

________________

After the season

Trade 2 (previously posted here)

Gave:
2.01
2.12

Got:
Tank Dell

Comments: tank might not have the highest upside but he’s a solid startable piece. Decided that would be better than risky draft picks
________________

Trade 3

Gave:
Baker Mayfield
Juwan Johnson

Got:
1.07
4.07

Comments: obviously felt good about this one. Baker was my only other QB but I just don’t trust him. Most likely can get a QB at 1.07

________________

Trade 4

Gave:
TJ Hockenson

Got:
1.10
2.01

Comments: wasn’t sure about this one as Hock is a top 10 scorer in this format when healthy. Problem is he’s not healthy and Vikings qb situation is in flux. I have decent TE depth and Hock is one of my oldest players (yes I’m an ageist) so figured I’d roll the dice.

Well the other guy is a contender. The pick he was holding is for a bad team, and I already have the bad owner's 24 1st (1.05) and his 26 1st. Now I just got his 25 1st too.

Dynasty Daddy has the pick owner rated as the weakest team in the league, with aging pieces like Ekeler, Lockett, Mostert.
He also has no 1sts or 2nds in 24/25/26.

So the guy I made the trade with, it was not his 1st round pick.
That is why it made sense for him. He is competing.

Gave - 1.02, my 2025 1st, and Alvin Kamara

Got - CeeDee Lamb, Kirk Cousins, and 3.07

Locks me in for Chase, Lamb, and MHJ at WR for years to come. Nabers could have filled that roll but I'll take the sure thing in Lamb. Kamara was my RB4/5 so it doesn't hurt much to lose him.
