Cooks's August DLF ADP is pick 34.83. Martin's is 27.17. I think it would pretty risky to draft Martin thinking you could trade him for Cooks+, let alone "Cooks++++". Add in that OP's league is 1-RB required, and I don't think it was crazy at all to draft Cooks over Martin.
