I'm 2-5, 4 games out of the playoffs, with the #2 scoring team in the league this year in one of my leagues. The other 4 teams in the top of scoring are 5-2 or better.

Just in the general vein of "flaunting expectations": I sent Team A's 1st + a 3rd for Team B's 1st prior to the season. I thought it was a steal (that may still end up being true, but I need some things to break my way).

Team A is #2 in the league in points, 3rd in all-play, and 3-4. His healthy starting lineup is:
QB: Wentz (or Brady)
RBs: Chubb, Kamara
WRs: Tyreek, Hilton, Lockett
TE: Njoku
Flexes: Ekeler, Jacobs, Shepard (or J. Gordon)

Team B is #9 in the league in points, 10th in all-play, and 5-2....he won a game as the #11 scorer that week. His healthy starting lineup is:
QB: Mahomes (or Rodgers)
RB: Fournette, Monty
WRs: Edelman, DJax, Metcalf
TE: Kelce
Flexes: Hardman, JHow, Hyde (or AP, Olsen or Allison)

I'm pretty salty. I've been trying to trade Team A a TE to nudge him into the playoffs (he started Hurst last week), but have gotten 0 traction.

Team is 4-3. Very awful job with points so far. I started off with Rob Gronkowski, Andrew Luck, and Antonio Brown. Gronk and Luck retired before the season. AJ Green gets hurt. I trade Antonio Brown bc he is acting batty and get back Mixon, Foles, and two firsts, but I had to throw in Kyler Murray. I trade for Brees before the year. Foles then Brees get hurt in succession. I get a steal of a deal for Julian Edelman.

Used Justin Jackson injury and started Ekeler and Troymaine Pope who got me a narrow win one week. Barkley was hurt.

This year has been a complete mess.

It’s been frustrating. I’ve literally gone against teams that scored 60-70 points the week before and after me while throwing up 140-160 the week we play. Week 3 (if I remember correctly) our league saw the two highest scoring weeks in our history...one was me and the other was my opponent...
