I’ve got several guys in that 10-20 range that I would choose anywhere after the 5th pick so the value is in those picks.
He passed. Only wants to give up one 2.03 pick. Way too little for me. I'd just as soon as keep Cousins for that.

Well that's good for you right?
Since you want to draft MHJ at 1.02.

Make sure you have Cousins cuff (Taylor Heinicke) though, in case he is not ready week 1

Yes. I need to chill. All good. Good point about Heinicke.

Traded Iosivas for Heinicke, happy with that. He was at the end of my bench anyway.

Thanks. Trying to follow the "drop your WR roster cloggers" approach via that WR thread we have going.

Well I think cousins value took a little bit. No clue what the falcons are planning at this point.

Currently have 12 players with first round grades in SF (the 12 drafted up to worthy). Note: not all first round grades are equal, just players I believe are worth a first round pick.

Think there will end up being 14-15.

Yeah, the clock is officially ticking now. I just hope Cousins can stay the starter for three years. I probably can't trade him for anything right now. Hurts Penix's stock too, IMO.

Sounds like I need to go make some offers for Cousins for my competing rosters. This was a Jordan Love type move. Penix is likely to not see the field for two seasons while he's groomed under Cousins, who is a far superior QB. It's a project, not a competition.

yeah, and if/when penix becomes the starter, cousins will go somewhere else (if he doesn't fall off a cliff, but that has nothing to do with penix).
i don't see how this hurts his value.

relax, let him put up some points when they count more than picks and sell then.

So you think this INCREASES Cousins value? I kind of thought the opposite. Can you explain why you are going to go make offers? LOL Maybe I'm being dense today.

Some people will lower Cousins down because of Penix. Nothing to do with Cousins value increasing. Just that he may become more attainable for some.

I have been trying to move Cousins pretty aggressively this offseason as well and nothing. I did get an offer of a 24 mid 3rd and a 25 3rd lol. I think that the strength of the incoming QB class has something to do with the depressed value. I have a feeling those feelings might change once the year gets started but right now there's nobody jumping to even give a 2nd. But yeah I'm with you, I'd rather hang onto Cousins rather than giving him up for peanuts because I don't need him.

I'm sure I'll end up posting this somewhere else and updating again tomorrow but here are my rough rankings/values.

While I understand that you asked for a 12 team SF, I think more in terms of 14 team SF. In this case the round grades won't really change but in a 12 teamer all QBs with the exception of Caleb can be moved down 1-3 places.

First rounders: (14)
Caleb
Maye
Daniels
MHJ
Nabors
McCarthy
Odunze
Penix
Brooks
Bowers
Worthy
Nix
Brian Thomas
Coleman

Second rounders: (14)
Pearsaw
Legette
McConkey
Benson
Wilson
Polk
Corum
Corely
Burton
AD Mitchell
Lloyd
McMillin
Reimen
LMC
