Oh that was off the top of my head. I'm sure JJM is right there, sure.

That's what I'm trying to figure out. I added Bijan, JSN, and Downs and traded for DJM. And still came in 11th.
I plan on adding Williams/Harrison (assuming Harrison) and then at 1.06 it could be Bowers, Odunze, QB.
The 2nd round picks are probably WRs.

SO I don't think I'll be 1.02 but probably still middle of the pack.
It was an orphan and I didn't realize it was TEP so I didn't draft for TEs, and so that's a disadvantage.

bigbuck22 wrote: Thu Mar 28, 2024 7:33 am I think it's highly unlikely that you get better than 1.09 in this hyped draft class. Maybe you could snag a pick or two better if your team is a lock for a mid to early pick next year and we see a few ugly landing spots (which we inevitably will). You'll have to wait out the NFL draft for that to happen and it's still probably unlikely.
Right. Thanks.

Just keep in mind strange things can happen in ff so if your middle of pack it could earlier than hope and getting the 1-9 or latter would not lol as
Good is all I’m saying but if u get ur guy worth I suppose

I feel like 1.05, 1.07, 1.08 would be worth it. 1.05 and 1.07 for sure. I don't know if any owners will part with those picks though. You might get someone that is willing to part with 1.11/1.12/2.01, but that is a tier down and you are better off keeping your pick. Your early to mid 2025 1st is worth more than a late 2024 1st once the pick is made.

Guy with the 1.08 countered.

Offered Ty Chandler + 1.08 + 4.08
for
25 1st + 24 2.04

I currently have the 1.02, 1.06, 2.02, 2.04

Thoughts?

I’d pass. Moving from 2.04 to 1.08 isn’t worth a 2025 1st, especially if you think it could be high.

I pass. I am not a fan of spending future 1sts on a rebuilding roster.
I'm only sending away future 1sts if I am pretty damn sure I have a good chance to win it all this season.

Blue chip player at 8 tho. Most years this is not the case. Speeds up the build. You’re lucky to have the offer on the table but - simplify if possible, ‘25 1st for 1.8

Yeah, I offered 25 1st for 1.08 he rejected and countered.

Everyone thinks that if you can get the 1.06 for a future 1st, you should do that. Short of a Girl Scout league, that will not happen though.
IDK. My hope is that people see my CURRENT pick at 1.02 and think, "I can get a 25 1.02 for a 24 1.04-1.08." IDK if they will feel that way.
And if you could get that 1.07 for it to have back to back picks there, I would. Otherwise, I would hold it on the off chances your team doesn’t improve enough. Rookies don’t always hit the ground running, so I’d take a 1st next year even if it’s mid( with the chance to be early) over a late one this year.
