What is O'Connell's outlook?

Legend - not necessarily Brady level, but a 10yr starter who would be startable in fantasy playoffs

Good news for you AOC stans - he's going to get the whole rest of the season, no matter how trash (or well) he plays.

Jimmy Garoppolo has $11.25M fully-guaranteed for next season. He has another $11.25M that becomes fully-guaranteed if he can't pass a physical by March 17th.

The #Raiders benching him is to prevent that money from triggering, just like they did last year when they benched Derek Carr.
Most emotional decisions made in the middle of the night in Vegas aren't rational, but this appears to be one of the rare exceptions.
