Philly jumping Dallas for Goedert seems like a blatant 'eff you' move at a hated division rival. Ertz is signed through friggin' 2021; Eagles have little need for Goedert, and especially not by trading up and spending a 2nd-round pick. lel

The only remaining Day 2 TE prospect from this class I'm aware of is Andrews, and I think he might slip to Day 3.

Unless my feed is wrong, you misread.

Seems you are correct. Eagles probably wanted a replacement for Burton, no?

Yeah, but did they need to trade up and spend a 2nd round pick to replace a backup TE?

Anyway, Andrews is off the board now, too. Presently none of the Day 3 projected TEs from this class intrigue me.

It seems Jarwin will be Gathers' primary competition for targets on his depth-chart. Swaim's just a blocker, so far as I can tell.

The top 4 TEs and Ian Thomas, Jordan Akins, Chris Herndon are off the board. I'm not sure there's a TE left with any receiving skills.

The Rico train has officially left the station. Chooo chooo!

As an Eagles fan I laughed my a!! off last night after they jump 4 spots and took their TE of the future. Akers was great too.

I hate the Jerry and his over rated boys!

I saw a tweet noting that Philly jumped Dallas, in Dallas, to draft Dallas.
