What is the worst trade you have ever made?

I traded DE Josh Allen and a 2nd for what I thought would be the Texans lead back in DJ. I really needed a body to fill that position and thought he'd for sure be getting the bulk of touches.

I traded Brandin Cooks away for a mid 2nd. I ended up taking Goedert with that pick, so not the end of the world. But being new to Dynasty at the time, its definitely a trade I look back on and cringe.

I gave up Juju and a 3rd for Alshon and Simein during Juju's rookie season. If I had waited a bit I could have gotten way more value for him, and Alshon fell off a lot shortly after.

I made a lot of moves early in my dynasty career when I didn't really know what I was doing that set my team back years.

I mean...it's not terrible terrible...but it still hurts, and will hurt for awhile. Especially as a Colts fan. And especially after this last week.

2018: I traded Dak, 2019 3rd, 2019 6th for what at the time was 1.2

That team then blew up, made playoffs, won in wildcard, and almost won semis. Pick ended up being 1.10.

With that pick I drafted Parris Campbell. Had an offer to trade up to 1.7 but I figured Metcalf or Campbell was the pick so I risked it. Metcalf went 1.7 and.. well.. yeah.
