DJ Moore, WR, Carolina: Worried about Robby Anderson?
Re: DJ Moore or the rookies?
In this draft class, I would take Moore.
Re: DJ Moore or the rookies?
Personally, I would rather have DJ Moore over the 1.01 in the 2019 rookie draft, unless I am a running back needy team. In that case, I would take Jacobs over him. However, I think that DJ Moore shows more promise than any of the 2019 WR class. I will admit that I am probably biased being a Panthers fan. However, I think that if Cam’s health is better this season, then we are going to see a lot of improvement in his stats. I think that DJ Moore has the potential to finish as a mid WR2 in fantasy points this season, especially if the team is serious about reducing CMCs workload. They have talked about it this offseason, but as with all coach speak YMMV.

This (except I am not a Panthers fan).YACattack wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2019 10:54 am Personally, I would rather have DJ Moore over the 1.01 in the 2019 rookie draft, unless I am a running back needy team. Re: DJ Moore or the rookies?
I'm going to agree with you on this one, it's DJ Moore for me hands down. I love Josh Jacobs as a prospect but his profile is incomplete for me due to his limited opportunity he had with Bama. They both have the pedigree if that's what you're after and ironically both were drafted in the same 1.24 spot but DJ Moore's college production is through the roof. Both Jacobs and Moore should see plenty of opportunities in 2019 with their respected teams but for the long haul I'm going with the WR in dynasty.YACattack wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2019 10:54 am Personally, I would rather have DJ Moore over the 1.01 in the 2019 rookie draft, unless I am a running back needy team. Good job on that one.Flgatorguy87 wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2019 6:16 am I traded 1.08 for Moore straight up while I was on the clock. I was actually trying to get a 2020 1st off the guy and he preferred to move Moore.
I am really surprised how many people are preferring some of these rookies over him. He should see a good chunk of targets this year and is already established as his teams top WR.

DJ Moore
There hasn’t been a lot of talk around him and quietly he’s having a great year minus the TD. He’s on pace for over 1000 yards and 22. How does everyone feel about his trajectory ? I’m trying to trade for him.

Re: DJ Moore
As a massive Moore fan, it would take a considerable overpay to get him from me. I think he's in pace for 1200 yards and something like 95-100 catches. He isnt getting as much hype as guys from yesteryear like Juju because he isnt scoring many TDs.
OP, what is the owner willing to sell for in your league?

Dug up my DJ Moore thread from the off season. Looks like my prediction of 1200 yards was pretty good as of right now.

Yes. I just got Moore for the following, just accepted.Bot101 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 5:50 pm As a massive Moore fan, it would take a considerable overpay to get him from me. I gave 2020 1.03, 2020 2.11 or 2.12, and Mike Williams
I received 2020 1.11 or 1.12, 2020 2.03, and Moore

Re: DJ Moore
I like that deal for you a lot. The 1.12 is likely to be much more valuable than previous seasons, and Mike Williams is pretty irrelevant at this point. I also expect this draft to be 16 talented players deep, so the 2.03 is significantly more valuable than the 2.11Tennisbuck wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 6:15 pmYes. You sir, are a thief. So basically you traded back in the 1st and got Moore. The rest of the pieces are inconsequential to me.Tennisbuck wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 6:15 pmYes. Re: DJ Moore
The kicker. I obtained the 1.03 from this team for NJoku and my first round pick. I won the league last year and will at the min be in the playoffs.Bot101 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 6:38 pmYou sir, are a thief. So basically you traded back in the 1st and got Moore. FWIW, love Moore ... his stock should only skyrocket when Carolina finds a competent QB, and they realize they can’t run McCaffrey into dust with 600 touches a game.
Re: DJ Moore
I would say the same but I can vouch for Tennisbuck that he shopped this trade in the Team Advice forum and had pretty even response both ways. I favored the DJM side but with it being SF, the 1.03 is pretty valuable for a shot at QB.Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 7:24 pm

For OP, nice trade, I think this will work out great for you.
