He was always going at the end of that tier (where I grabbed him a bunch), but I had him above a bunch of them. I think to not adjust for clear signs after camp is a mistake. These things matter. He's a starter going into the year, as it looks now. Meanwhile a guy like Jefferson can't beat out Bisi Johnson. Not saying you put him above Jefferson, but you have to take things into consideration. Like, where does Ke'Shawn Vaughn's value lie? Same as it did in May?

Vaughan’s value is still in the low twenties for me personally. I get that his trade value is down, but I was never going to own or trade for him before, so not sure why that matters.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Thu Sep 03, 2020 8:30 amHe was always going at the end of that tier (where I grabbed him a bunch), but I had him above a bunch of them. Edwards was, and still is, my fourth receiver, but now I actually have to draft him like that where before I could wait a bit, but even still it’s not a big gap between him and the next six receivers.
All I Der Is Win - 16 Team IDP League (Pass TD 6pts)
QB - Stafford, Stroud, Tune
RB - Swift, Hall, Penny, Bigsby, Ford
WR - Pittman, Olave, Di. Johnson, G. Wilson, J. Williams, Metchie, Robinson, M. Wilson
TE - Okonkwo, Schoonmaker
LB - Brooks, R. Smith, Phillips
DL - Crosby, Allen, Simmons
DB - D. James, Baker, Delpit
K - Just a stupid kicker

This is where I've had him valued all off-season (WR5 for me). He's been a hot name even before the training camp buzz started coming out; and I've rebuffed plenty of offers for him that would've been a steal if I valued him where he was drafted (2021 2nd round +).
Still, not a massive gap between him and the guys going around him.

WARNING: our rookie/free agent draft (10-team superflex) should in no way be considered a model. Weird things happen every round, as people often reach for need over talent, and the mindset is RB-heavy.
This year’s version took place last night. Heading into it, we ID’d Edwards as a “must have” among our first four picks (two in the 2nd round). We took him at 2.08 (after getting Lamb at 1.08), with Reagor, Shenault, Higgins, and Mims still on the board.

Re: Bryan Edwards
Thanks. We honestly didn’t devote a single minute to discussing any interest in Reagor, since we knew we weren’t taking him at 1.08 and knew he should be off the board by the time we got another chance to consider him. He’d have certainly been the value pick at 2.08, but making trades in this league is like pulling teeth (average of less than one a year leaguewide), so we stuck with the guy we wanted all along. Sometimes you keep it simple and just get your guy.
And I know what some might be thinking. Nah, we hadn’t drafted a Raider since Rashad Jennings in 2012!

As for any rookie injured leading up to or in August and some of them falling like rocks in drafts, seen it all the time: my home league drafts one round per month after the NFL draft. We just did our 4th round last weekend and Shenault and Edwards went back to back 4.01 and 4.02.
So guys like Reagor and Mims falling by or in August compared to their original May/Jun 1st/2nd round drafting is real.
