Of all the flier RBs I have stashed like Zonovan Knight, Tyler Goodson, D'Vonte Price, etc as of right now Warren is the one on taxi squad I'm most hopeful for. I'm kinda hoping Zonovan gets cut and gets picked up somewhere else, I like what he's shown so far, but that's beside the point.

Warren is in that tier of RB that's very droppable if I need to. Just a stash guy.

I'm going to say it

He looked damn good tonight outside of the fumble. Blocked hard and ran with explosiveness that I haven't seen from a Steelers RB in a long time

It's really mind boggling that any team would burn a first on an RB with what we know nowadays

I get the late first for that extra year on the rookie deal in certain instances, but otherwise yeah, the 2nd-3rd seems like a much more appropriate spot to grab an RB.

Even then the issue with rookie rbs is that they don't really save teams much money as the contracts are Already so cheap, Barkley literally was drafted and immediately top 5 paid at the position

Coming off the bye, again the story is repeated that Warren will get more touches. Anyone get a chance to scout him extensively? On one hand, 2020 Doak winner. OTOH, UDFA.

Selling for a 3rd soon as I get the chance. Only way I see him being worth more is if Najee gets a season ending injury.

I'm grabbing every share I can get. I'm hearing bad things about Najee like BUST. Like Trent Richardson bust.

I don't think Najee is on that level of bust.

He's playing through a lisfranc that he sustained in training camp.

I'll take a bargain barrel discount price on him, for sure.

I would love to pick up Najee at discounted rates. Trent Richardson was a lazy slob who didn't want to work hard. Najee is a hardworking good (maybe not great) RB who needs the right system/support and health to do a good job. I think Najee will have better times in Pittsburgh or elsewhere if they move on from him like they did Conner. Conner's done well elsewhere. Najee would too, in the right system. I could see Najee being a useful fantasy asset on the Rams or on a team like Chicago.

Gimme Najee at low prices. Hmmm, I might make offers in a couple of leagues and see what his owners want for him.

Warren is JAG city, someone had a great stat on how predictable the Pittsburgh offense was running on first down and on highly predicted runs Najee has had a better YPC than Warren when running on first.

Some people don’t want to accept that some of Warrens success comes from teams just not having a high focus on stopping him when he’s in (assuming he’s not getting the ball). People REALLY want to make him a thing and call it a day for Najee. My analysis is Najee is likely to rise from the RB18-22 value we see him at now but the community is way too soured on him to ever see him as a top 10 dynasty asset or top 10 dynasty RB again. If you can get him as a RB2 with good job security you should. I still can’t imagine someone selling for less than a first but I’m sure some want out at any cost.

Najee is good, not great
Warren is above JAG level but I'm hesitant on calling him good because we haven't seen enough.

Najee being RB18 on KTC is a buy low. (Usual caveat about people not selling just bc KTC has him there)

Next year, he's surely going to be above Henry, Cook, etc as they age out. Sure Najee was an old rookie, but he will still only be 25 next year, with 2-3 years left on his rookie deal. The time to sell would be sometime next year or the year after imo. He's still going to get plenty of opportunities due to draft capital.

My concerns for Najee are mostly his ceiling as PIT may finally be going to more of a committe approach after seemingly breaking their RB after 1 year. The touches have been 2:1 some weeks instead of 10:1 like they used to be. Maybe some of that is due to injury but that's the exact reason you don't run your 1st round pick into the ground 300+ times

Najee is not trent Richardson bad. Trent had zero vision on top of being molasses slow. Najee at least has decent vision and power to go with his molasses.

I think most seasoned fantasy owners understand both extremes are off. Harris is not a Trent level bust, but he is also not a dynasty #1. Warren does get the benefit of easier looks when he carries and is probably not going to take the job outright, but he has shown more than being a JAG. Pitt doesn't tend to share workloads, so this week will be very telling.

And for the Najee owners, man, I hope you are right and he's okay. I'm just saying that I'm grabbing any shares of Warren I can at low prices and rolling the dice. Stranger things have happened.

Yup own him everywhere since he was so cheap. Normally all handcuffs are rostered and then some
