Any reason to roster 3 QBs in 1 QB league?

I'm assuming you mean starting QB's. A few reasons. First, your starters are guys like Minshew and Brees, and have no sure thing beyond this year. Another, is if both your starting QB's have the same bye week.

Fromm was drafted by another team. A Tate and Olsen are my next players to cut. If Watson went down, McCarron would cost a good chunk faab to add in season.

Are TE hoarded in the league too? I'd say he's a pretty easy cut... But think you're probably good with the QB options you have

Yeah they are. I think its weird how QB and TE are horded. I would rather take shots at young RBs and WRs in 1qb non TR premium. Pretty sure somebody will pick him up if I drop him. I acquired Henry during the draft so I dont think Olsen will ever play for me again.

I would. McCarron wouldn't win you a Championship, but he'd be serviceable if needed.

Maybe just pick up the backup to either QB in case of injury.

Wait until the season starts to worry about this.
There are always guys on the WW who are surprise starts and very solid fill-ins.
No one expected Tannehill to be the best backup QB turned fanatsy star last year.
Fitzmagic had many stellar weeks.
Minshew came out of nowhere and had a few nice weeks.
Detroit threw out guys I'd never heard of at the end of the year.

Use your draft picks to find hidden long term assets and then pay attention to the wire in-season to fill your backup void.

I think that sounds like the right move for you. Personally I would roll with what you have already.
