I think you have a bit too much of a redraft mindset. The thought of taking a 3rd round pick, even in a 7-keeper league, is absolutely insane.
DJ Moore is 22 years old. He was drafted in the first round in 2018 as the first WR off the board. His athletic profile is incredible: 4.42 40, 88th percentile speed score, 94th percentile burst score, 73rd percentile agility score, 89th percentile catch radius, 92nd percentile sparq. 97th percentile college dominator, 98th percentile breakout age. Top WR in YAC/reception last season (just ahead of Kupp).
He had 960 yards from scrimmage as a 21 year old rookie, in spite of hardly playing until after the week 4 bye, not starting until mid-season, and woeful QB play from Cam in most of the games Moore started. The list of 21 year old pass catchers with 800+ yards from scrimmage is:
1. Randy Moss (1317)
2. Amari Cooper (1067)
3. Mike Evans (1051)
4. Keenan Allen (1046)
5. Sammy Watkins (990)
6. DJ Moore (960)
7. Percy Harvin (925)
8. JuJu Smith-Schuster (917)
9. Josh Gordon (805)
10. DeAndre Hopkins (802)
All of the other players on that list either had or are are having great careers (perhaps too early to say for JuJu, but he certainly had a great 2018)...or in the cases of Watkins and Harvin, looked to be on track prior to injuries. Moore is currently being held back by QB play, but he's still on pace for 80/1044/4 this year and doesn't turn 23 until April.
