But... but... but his doctor was on here telling us ominously otherwise, remember?
From an inside source.....he wasn't really a doctor.
But he did stay at a Holiday Inn Express...

I like that he's trying to lose weight. Not that he was fat or anything, but that's generally the best natural remedy for a gimpy knee. As some of us know, I'm sure, gaining weight can be absolutely terrible for your knees.

Had a friend who ballooned up to 300+ pounds on his 5'11 frame. He tore his ACL at age 23 just by trying to stand up. That's a damn shame. This fast-food generation sucks.

I, uh, can’t disagree?

Eddie Lacy agrees

Gurley isn't playing a single down in preseason.

SELL SELL SELL.

So I can

BUY BUY BUY.
Hendersons value is going to jump just because be will be getting a lot of pre season work

Honestly considered buying, to resell after preseason for this reason. Think his value is too high in that league already though. The league I have Henderson in (picked mid 2nd), I’m definitely gonna be floating him out for there if he keeps rising.

It shouldn't. I still remember when people moved Ameer Abdullah up a ton because of a couple of pre season runs. A guy getting pre season work because the starters aren't playing shouldn't change his value at all. Roc Thomas destroyed it in pre season last year. It means little to nothing, but there are a lot of owners out there who don't understand that, so they might pay more. If you can cash out for a 2020 fist and change if he makes a few plays in preseason, do it.

I agree it shouldn’t, but I believe it will

At 5'11" 300lbs, I would be afraid of diabeetus, more than ba d knees. Diabeetus.

The question isn't whether Gurley will bust in 2019, but whether he is already busted:

(Full Disclosure, this video was from early April. By now, his limp is probably a little better...)

Does this look like a man with two healthy knees?!?

That’s the question that’s surrounded Todd Gurley for MONTHS -- and when TMZ Sports got him out at Craig’s in L.A. on Wednesday with what appears to be a hitch in his gate -- it had us asking it all over again.

The L.A. Rams superstar seemed to have some sort of limp after dinner ... and if ya watch the clip, he ain’t exactly moving like an RB ready to carry the ball 250+ times next season.

TG appears to use his buddy as a crutch as they exit the restaurant ... and while he’s making his way to his car, there seems to be SOMETHING going on with his leg.
1) Gurely just has his arm on his friend's shoulder. He's not leaning on his friend or using him as a crutch.

2) I'm pretty sure at the end he's just stepping down from the sidewalk and over the concrete block (I think this is called a chock?).

He doesn't exactly appear to have a spring in his step, but I don't think he has a particularly bad limp in this video.

The pessimism of fantasy owners towards Gurley has gotten ridiculous. This video could just as easily be shown as proof that Gurley is not outside the United States getting some experimental medical procedure(as multiple professional athletes have done in the past). Instead Gurley seems to be taking it easy enjoying dinner with friends. Is there reason for concern about Gurley? Yes, but I do not see anything in this video that would be cause for alarm.

Speculation over Todd Gurley's left knee injury, which hampered him down the stretch of the 2018 season, does not trouble the running back. As Gurley told reporters Tuesday, he's dealt with much worse before.

"I had bigger problems to worry about coming out of college," Gurley said Tuesday at the start of Rams mandatory minicamp. "This is small."

We will look back at all these statements from Gurley, his trainer and the Rams and laugh someday (likely around early October).
