4th pick overall right now. They're firmly in QB territory, but not in the range to get Maye without a trade up. They could overdraft a QB.

Jayden Daniels isn't an overdraft in the Top 10 imo.

I like Daniels, though I don't know if he's a Top-5 pick. But a team like Washington probably needs to overdraft at this point.

Daniels in the top 5 would definitely be a reach, imo

Of course, if he's your guy no pick is too high.

I'd personally look to trade down and pick up Penix+

Develop him in the periphery while they give Howell another year to hold down the fort and maybe increase his trade value.

I'm pretty sure I spent time sussing this comp out and it was fairly accurate

He has to be done now, right? They were dead in the water until Brissett came in and actually got them the lead with three straight touchdowns. Likely would have won if they didn’t go ultra conservative with three straight runs on that last drive to ice the game.

I think it's safe to say EB isn't going to be a HC again, either. Remember when that was a thing? That staff is a bunch of guys on their way out, looking for work. Rivera won't get another gig, as a HC. I doubt he will be a co-ordinator, either, at this stage. He's 61. Likely done.

Total reset coming up in DC.

Bienemy has overachieved pretty easily and should get some interviews based on what he did in KC and the flashes of respectability in Washington. Remember, Howell is a 5th round pick. He's not the guy, but I don't know why we're acting like a lot more should be happening than what has. Washington has good receivers and capable RBs, but they're flawed significantly pretty much everywhere else.

If there has been anything EB has done is interview. He’s “good” at it. Tomlin will take the spotlight in the next year.
