Of course you have the one playoff team, who would'nt have made it without divisions but thats like in the NFL and I think thats ok.
But I understand, that not everyone likes this and play without divisions.

In my 16-Team League we have 4 divisons. It's quite fun and we already have some rivalries. One Division for example is filled with 4 guys living all in Berlin.
Of course you have the one playoff team, who would'nt have made it without divisions but thats like in the NFL and I think thats ok.
