I could see it. Here's a narrative that may play out: rain limits both teams to mostly short passes. Winston has another week of sloppy play to start the game, gets put on the short leash. Bucs shift to a heavy running attack, ends in RoJo getting 25 points.

I didn't like his tape from last week, but you don't always have to be a refined player to put up numbers.

As I type it, Barber goes up the gut for a nice gainer TD.

Hes inconsistent because he has poor instincts, lack of wiggle coupled with poor vision.

Hes fast though, so if theres a huge running lane where he doesnt need to make any adjustments he can do well there.

Theres a ton of RBs that can do that, though. You really need more at the nfl level.

And that's the thing...Barber is not a starter on any other team in the NFL. Only the Bucs, who have by far the worst RB room in the league.

...and yet Ronald Jones can't beat him out for playing time in front of two completely different coaching staffs. The bar is ridiculously low here.
