2.1 - Will Fuller, WR, ND

Not a great situation fantasy-wise but he's extremely talented so gotta take him.

2.02 Leontee Carroo in Tennessee doesnt seem sexy but expect Justin Hunter and Harry Douglas to dissolve and Kendall Wright may move on. I would love to see Carroo, DGB and Tre McBride as 1,2 and 3. I could see Titans drafting Laremy Tunsil, Derrick Henry, Safety then WR

2.03 Rashard Higgins - Washington (4)

I like this guy a lot more than most. I think he comes in and proves to be a pretty good value as a 4th round pick.

2.04 Paul Perkins - Washington (3). Like his all around skill set and no reason he couldn't beat out Matt Jones for the leading workload in an offense that is fantasy viable again with more stability than in recent years. 3rd rounder would be some legitimate draft capital in his favor as well.

2.05 Sterling Shepherd. Very surprised he's still on the board. Thought he would be gone by 1.9 or so

2.06 Hunter Henry. Seems like a good location for the first TE, and in GB he's got a QB that can find him. Rodgers gets his big red zone target back in Jordy, but it's not like he's a spring chicken and there will likely be more red zone targets this year than in 2015.

2.07 Jordan Howard
With Latavius' unspectacular 2015 season Oakland could be looking to add some talent. Howard has the power, vision, agility, and pass catching ability to step into the starting job if Latavius continues to struggle. Was a workhorse in college and his tape impresses. People sleeping hard on this guy.

C.J. Procise in Big Blue. Has to be better than all 4 of them
