Marshawn Lynch trade

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Marshawn Lynch trade

Postby GRockHead » Thu Aug 13, 2015 1:39 pm

I'm in a dynasty TD only league 14 teams and I'm trying to get good young talent.
I would receive::
Nick Foles, TJ Yeldon, Percy Harvin, Maxx Williams, and two seconds
I give up:
Jay Cutler and Marshawn Lynch

Marshawn Lynch is my favorite player so it's tough for me to give him up but I might have to take this for my future. Tell me what you guys think.

I wouldn't do it... a league like this makes Lynch a hot commodity. Harvin/Williams/2 2nds all could bust.

I'm also one that is of the belief you should always look to consolidate value. I mean, remove the garbage and try to get a 1st or try to package and get a better younger player from a contender. Not saying the "value" is off in this trade, I just don't see what the point is to deal a stud RB for pieces that more than likely will fade. Hope this helps - good luck!

Looks like good value to me. Hard to say how many TDs Yeldon will get as a Jag, but in a few years when Lynch retires you will be looking good. Cutler and Foles are probably a wash in the long run.

14 teams so I don't hate the trade, but giving Lynch in TD only league is a tough one.
