12 team PPR, 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 W/R/T
QB: Luck, Peyton, Romo
RB: Charles, Gurley, Gordon, Foster, JBell, Martin
WR: Dez, Julio, Calvin, Treadwell(devy), Juju Smith(devy), Jordan Villamin(devy), Josh Huff
TE: Eifert, Fleener, Daniels, Rodgers
I recently traded for Luck, and gave up all of my WR depth. As of now my WR4 is Josh Huff, so I will need to add a few bodies at WR.
Ideally I would be able to trade Peyton or Romo for someone non-terrible. No interest at all it seems, everyone is "fine" at QB. What would be the lowest WR you'd take for one of those two?
I could try flipping Luck for a stud WR, but not sure anyone is that interested in giving up skill positions for a QB. Should I try?
Other option would be flipping one of my top 4 RBs for one/two guys. Ideas?

Re: Flipping RB/QB for WR
That's a monster team. I think I'd try to use one of the QBs to upgrade at TE, and take whatever WR you can get thrown in the deal for depth.
Re: Flipping RB/QB for WR
Looking around, an owner has Jordy and Lynch on the block, he has been selling all his older assets for youth. Would Jordy be a good target for my team?
Re: Flipping RB/QB for WR
I think they'd both be a good target for your team. Your team is loaded with win-now talent. Might as well go all-in. I'd offer him either Gordon or Gurley and a future 1st for both of them.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

I don't want my entire team to be declining assets though. Is that a trade I could wait to make in-season if I feel like I need an extra push?M-Dub wrote:I think they'd both be a good target for your team. Your team is loaded with win-now talent. Yeah, I wouldn't trade Gordon or Gurley right now. I would rather have them "waiting in the wings" in case some of your older RBs Iike Charles or Foster start to show their age. My plan on most of my teams because I have Charles on several would be if I'm not in the running for the playoffs then maybe I'll sell off some guys like Charles for younger players and or draft picks but I would definitely keep Gordon and Gurley but that's jmo.

Ended up swapping Luck for Jeffery.
