I updated the original post with the advanced metric formulas, and uploaded the latest workbook with the metrics baked in.

I didn't have Roto's Athleticism formula so I created my own based on what I did have of the true formula. It has an R-squared value of 0.996 (good) but a steeper slope. It's valid to compare athletes within my data set, just not to Roto's Athleticism score. When I get time I'll play with the formula to align the slope too. 100 is calibrated to represent an average NFL athlete. For example, the top 5 are Matt Jones (WR '05), Vernon Davis, Vincent Jackson, Jackie Battle, and Javon Walker. Megatron would likely be there too but didn't run a full set of drills.

Burst, Speed, and HaSS are externally accurate too and are directly comparable to what you see on Roto, etc.

I created a version that works with Office 365 online, you can run reports on stats, players (with metrics) and ADP.

The link to One Drive is in the original post.

A small peek behind the curtain of this project, this is just part of the code, it's definitely not trivial:

But definitely worth it!

Where were you getting this data? This is the closest I have got to getting data in the format I want. I have done some customizing to create reporting that I find useful. However, I need 2015 and 2016 data as well. Please let me know!

Update:

I'm working on updating this with 2015 and 2016 data. I changed my collection methods which should make this a much more sustainable project in the future. Hopefully there will be a new release in the coming months, if I have time to complete it.

The way I assembled it the first time around required *far* too much manual work, which wasn't sustainable at all. This time around I'm doing it differently and hopefully it will be much easier to keep it current.
