Cooper's route running is miles better than White's, though, and he can still fill out a little bit. I'm a Raider fan, and I'd probably rather have Cooper.Plank wrote:I was listening to "Moving the Sticks" with Daniel Jeremiah where he goes over his mock draft and he really likes what he's seen of Kevin White and has him the first WR off the board to the Raiders ... said "when he watches the NFL vision, he can sort the targets and can watch every ball thrown to these WR's, Kevin White make some un-be-liev-a-ble plays, he's big, he's physical, he is much stronger than Amari Cooper (he also mentions his love for Amari Cooper, and has quite often on CFB 24/7), he's bigger, he's stronger, he's great after the catch, better in the red zone because of his size, he is a really, really, good football player."

Foodie. Well done steak goes in the trash.
Habaneros make the best tasting hot sauce. Throwing a bunch of random stuff on top of fries doesn't mean you call it "poutine".

Elite Physical ability + INSANE hands = I am all aboard the White train.JoshGordonsDealer wrote:I made my love for Parker well known, but I hadn't watched any White tape. He looks AMAZING.JoshGordonsDealer wrote:But Kevin White is just... silly against Bama.
Re: Devante Parker vs Kevin White
Anyone concerned about him being a Juco transfer, not really doing anything until he was 22 years old..West Virginia offense..?
Re: Devante Parker vs Kevin White
Yeah his (White's) early age to production scores are a concern, but we have an ex-NFL scout that is basically ranking him #1 overall on his big board for skilled players over Amari .. #3 on the list overall... gives you pause, at least it does for me.
It's still way early in the process though...

If anything, that seems to suggest he's got a lot of room for improvement.Jason3123 wrote:Anyone concerned about him being a Juco transfer, not really doing anything until he was 22 years old..West Virginia offense..?

What's the deal with quoting yourself multiple times? Makes me think something is going on...??JoshGordonsDealer wrote:Elite Physical ability + INSANE hands = I am all aboard the White train.JoshGordonsDealer wrote:I made my love for Parker well known, but I hadn't watched any White tape. Nobody notices an edited post -- it doesn't add much to a discussion.FiremanEd wrote:

I'm not sure what "something" we're talking about either?

Lol oh..I knew that. Thought we were referring to someone on the boards haha.
Re: Devante Parker vs Kevin White
I have Parker as my pick at 1.4 pretty entrenched. Assuming it goes Gordon Gurley Cooper. White and DGB will have a tough time getting in front of him for me.

Same. I'll grab whichever RB falls to me at 1.02 (hoping it's Gurley) and hopefully the guy with the 1.03 will take Cooper and leave me with Parker. I'd be perfectly happy with any combination of the top four rookies right now though.sconnie21 wrote:I have Parker as my pick at 1.4 pretty entrenched. Assuming it goes Gordon Gurley Cooper. Early comparable for Kevin White:

Wasn't what I was expecting at all, heh... On their most recent podcast, Chad and Doug were also commenting how White is taking over the #2 spot in their rankings over DeVante Parker..
