Ryan Matthews draft picks or Nicks

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Ryan Matthews draft picks or Nicks

Postby Shoe91x » Thu Jul 25, 2013 5:27 pm

I have 1.11, 2.01, 2.02, 2.03, 2.06, 2.08, 3.01 I'm a 10 keeper league.

Would you rather Matthews, 1.11, and 2014 first or Hakeem Nicks?

I'd rather have the Matthews side of that deal

Like the 2014 draft class, the 1.11 is a throw in, and RB>WR, i'm also a believer in Matthews (for 1 more year) to prove himself

i like acquiring nicks, but would not give all of that to do so. id go mathews and 1.11. if that doesnt do it, throw in one of those multiple 2nds you have. i would not move that future 1st if i were you. that may come in handy for a trade once the season gets going. in all reality. a 2nd this year is more valuable than a 1st next year to that owner in your format. you have enough picks there in the 2nd to make the move.

I own both Nicks and Mathews. I'd take the Mathews side.

Last year I owned both Nicks and Mathews and I'd prefer the Mathews side of the deal - put the draft picks on Nicks' side and I prefer that.

Thanks guys for the responses. I actually ended up trading Matthews, 1.11 and 3.01 for Steven Ridley
