I personally prefer Matt Ryan. More consistent health wise, and plays in a better offense that consists of more than just Megatron.

I go Stafford, but it's close. They both play in a dome, have a stud WR (In Ryan's case 2) but the Falcons will consistantly be a better team. Because of this, Stafford will be throwing the ball way more when Ryan is handing it off to run the clock out. In real life Ryan gets the nod, but because we're talking fantasy, I got with Stafford because of the amount of passes he'll make compared to Ryan.

Sounds good in theory, but Matt Ryan has had numerous comebacks in his career. Plus, even last year when Stafford threw way more passes than Ryan, he had less yards and extremely low TDs. Stafford has only had 1 good year. Give me Ryan. Better weapons. Better offense. Better numbers. Better consistency.

Stafford had more yards than Ryan. He did have far fewer TDs but part of that stemmed from Megatron getting tackled inside the 2 like 6 times which is abnormal. Also, keep in mind that Ryan is almost 3 full years older than Stafford.

Again, I think it's a close call but I personally would go with Stafford. Ryan will probably be more consistent, but Stafford has the higher ceiling IMO.

I'd take Ryan, but not by much at all. Mostly a preference I have for production stability.

Ryan by a lot.... Stafford's only value is his high number of attempts, his efficiency is terrible, 22nd in QB Rating (Lower than Ponder) and he seems to be getting worse. I wouldn't take him and assume he gets 700 attempts every year

Stafford. More upside and younger than Ryan. Ryan is going to lose Gonzalez and White soon.

Though Ryan picked up Steven Jackson which is a huge receiving upgrade over Turner and opens up their offense that much more...more so than Bush does for Detroit since Stafford was already using Bell out of the backfield (52-485-0). It will be interesting to see how Atlanta addresses their tight end position in the draft.
