$15.50 for 4 years. (Can be redshirted up to two seasons, which doesn't count against cap or contract length.)

This would get you an extra $45 in cap room - who is available in FA?

Without the contracts, I would not do it. But depending on who you can get for the extra $45 I think this could be a very good trade for you.
Salary Cap League - 14 team, 21 man roster, 60 M Cap, 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1DEF, 1K Non-PPR, 4pt TD - 7M in Cap Space
QB - Newton 1 Mil x 2 Years, Palmer (3,2)
RB - Spiller (4,2), Mathews (5, 2), Lynch (3, 1), D Wilson (2, 4), T Jones (0, 1)
WR - Nicks (6,2), G Jennings (9,2), Fitzgerald (10,4) Torrey Smith (1, 3), James Jones (1,1)
TE - F Davis (3,4) Kendricks (1,2)
DEF - Green Bay (1,1)
2013 Picks - 1.x

DLF Premium Invitational League
QB - Romo, Locker, Flynn, Hassleback
RB - Lynch, Ingram, Tate, Hunter, Ridley, Tolbert, McKnight
WR - Nicks, Colston, Floyd, Wright, Holmes, Moore
TE - Gronk, Rudolph, Bennett, Daniels
2013 Rookie Picks - 2 - 1.x, 4 - 2.x

The free agency auction is pretty much over, not any impact players left. The extra cap space would benefit me next season and also would give me the opportunity to pay off future contracts.

I'm toying around with the idea of trying to get him to sweeten the deal.

You're giving a boatload, IMO.

I'd hold the pieces you were giving away. I don't think there's much of a difference between Cutler and Rivers this season, aside from the cap difference, and then you're also trading away a high prospect (although injured) from last season, and a premier pick this season.

$45 in cap space does you no good this season if FA has already passed. Next year you've got Flynn's $25 + Moss' $13 coming off your cap. I'd hope that both Cutler's and William's value's rise this season, giving you something better in return next off season.

Unless you're strapped for cap space, I don't think I'd do it

Agree with those above.
Cutler should be much better this year with B. Marsh, Alshon, and no Martz.
I can understand why you'd want to trade Cutler for Rivers. But its not a huge difference.
R. Williams has a lot of hype right now.
But it is notoriously hard to come back from a Patellar Tendon tear (Cadillac)
Maybe just Cutler and R. Williams for Rivers could get it done.
DONT give up 1.04. (RG3, Luck, Martin, Blackmon are too much to give up in this deal)
12 Team PPR TE Premium
(1) QB Stafford, Cutler
(1-3)RB: CJ Spiller, F Jax, Mathews, Latavius
(2-4)WR: AJ Green, C. Patterson, Alshon Jeffery, M. Floyd, J. Blackmon, M. Wheaton, M. Brown
(0-2)TE: Julius Thomas, Ladarius Green, K. Rudolph

Thanks for the input fellas. Tried to sweeten the deal but we can't see eye to eye so I scrapped it.
