I lean toward taking it. The 1.02 is the best piece in the deal IMO given that it's single QB. Odunze looked decent but not special to me. Addison is a good player but I would sacrifice him to move up from 2.01 to 1.02. Plus, Shakir is an adequate backfill.
That said, I don't think you need to make this move. If you pass, you are staying the course on a young rebuild. This team is going to take a few years to get competitive.
Also, I recommend that you put your best players first in your sig rather than listing alphabetically. Like, Odunze and Watson should move up toward the front for example. It helps others better assess your team.
For me this all comes down to whether or not you think 1.02 yields a superstar or not and what you think Odunze will be ultimately. Your best move might actually be to sell 1.01 if someone is willing to give you a haul of players/picks for it. Jeanty isn't really a great player to invest in on a full rebuild that is years away.

If you believe that the 1.02 is a good bit more valuable than Rome, then this deal starts to make sense. I'm really high on T.Law with Coen. I think the time to buy is now. But this deal is too pricey for me.

Trade doesn't really seem to help you. You don't have much depth on the team and you are trading WR depth for QB depth in a 1 QB league.
