On paper, it seems like a good deal. I agree with you that you should be looking to move off these guys, I'm just not sure I'd be targeting Dell/Barkley with this build. This feels like selling just for the sake of selling. Barkley isn't exactly young either and you already look good at RB. Nico/Dell combo long-term also seems wonky. I'd probably look for another deal but you may not have any offers out there.

I like it in general, and like it even better in the short term. Barring injury, you're trading four guys who may never start for you aside from bye weeks. And you're filling a starting spot and adding a batter first-backup than any of the WRs you're trading away.

The only question mark I see is your roster would not have a third QB. That would have to be addressed. At the least, you'd need to add the back-up(s) to Mahomes/Stroud if they are available.

i like the idea but not really hyped on the players coming back. dell is solid but idk that barkley is gonna get goal line work over hurts and stafford is a great qb3 for you. id rather trade all 4 for 1 sure fire staple to my lineup for years to come if im making a move like this

In theory I agree, but no ones interested in trading for these guys. That’s why I’m considering taking the opportunity to cash out. Any of them disappoint and Thur value is tanked.

I think I’d pull the trigger and get a return while you can. Barkley should have a couple good years left, those WRs are ready to lose all value soon. You could potentially move Nico or Dell in another trade to diversify your wr room.

I'm OK with this thinking if there's no other feasible options.

I'm easily keeping your side for a lot of the reasons listed above.

In addition, it's not impossible that Barkley's value crashes in a year or two, either... Plus, with deep starting lineups, I think this move creates two HUGE holes while not solving one.

You're set at RB. This trades adds a player who may or may not be central at the risk of both your QB and WR depth. If this were a big win on value, then I'd be all for it regardless of roster construction. But I only think it's a small win, so I'd hold.

Been going back and forth with him on this. I like Dell so leaning towards trying to make it work. What do you think of swapping in Warren for Amari Cooper in the original offer (so Barkley/Dell for Stafford/Diggs/Kupp/Warren)? Balances the hit to my WR, and with the RB I have hard to see myself ever starting Warren. I have Minshew as a 3rd QB, and can work on getting another.
