10-team SF league in my sig below decided to add a 2PPR TEP starting next year. I hate drafting high end rookie TE, but Bowers seems like an exception given the scoring premiums.

I'd consider him over Harrison, TBH. No lower than 1.03 though. Being a 10 team SF, I think that the top 3 guys are all really close, given format.

3 or 4. Could be even higher. Depends on how much you love the three WRs. I could see him going higher, even 1.02. In my TEP Superflex I had the 1.06 and he went 1.04 after Williams, Harrison, and Daniels.
