Trade advice needed

This is my "home league" heading in to our 7th season.

Just won the title last year after two lost finals and I have gone through a massive rebuild this off season, as my team was getting to old.

QB: Anthony Richardson, Levis, Russ
RB: Montgomery, Hubbard, Singletary, Gus Edwards
WR: Amon Ra, Pickens, Watson, Dotson, Shakir, Iosivas,
TE: Sam LaPorta, Schultz, Brevin Jordan, Knox

2024 Picks:
1.06, 2.01, 2.09, 2.12, 3.06, 3.09

I have some different offers on the table and I would very much take some advice and listen to different opinions and views.

1)
I give Sam LaPorta
I get Kyler Murray + Kyle Pitts

2)
I give 1.06 (JJ McCarthy)
I get 1.08 (Drake Maye) + 2.11 + 25 2nd

3)
I give 1.06 + 2.01
I get Tank Dell + Ken Walker + 2.10

Our rookie draft will be this coming Saturday and I have a pretty good idea as how the 1st round will go:

1.02 MHJ
1.03 Nabers
1.04 Daniels
1.05 Odunze
1.06 JJ McCarthy (My pick)
1.07 Bowers
1.08 Maye
1.09 Worthy
1.10 Brooks
1.11 McConkey
1.12 Bo Nix

That is based on who has the picks and needs for their teams. Offer no 2 will for sure give me Maye on 1.08.

I would make #1 to prepare for the move to SF, plus I think Pitts regains his lost value this year

I really like #2 a lot..but if you make this deal, could you substitute the 1.06 from the #3 trade to include 1.08

Passing on #1- Murray 3 years from now doesn’t excite me much.
I make #2 easy-Might still get McCarthy (if you want him)and pick up 2 2nds
If I were a Dell truther I would make trade 3, but. I am not

2 is smash. I prefer Maye to JJM, particularly if you don't need instant production, so give me some free picks.

1 is an instant reject, I like Murray, but 2027 is really, really far away. 3 is a dealers choice, I like Walker so could see it, but can't do 2 and 3 and I see tons of value in 2.

For 1 - 2027 is still far out, and you'll be getting another QB in draft so I'd probably pass there although it's not a BAD offer per say. Guess it depends on how you feel about Pitts.
For 2 - I'd easily make this trade as others have said.
For 3 - if it was 1.08 for Walker + Dell, I'd have to think hard about that one considering we passed on #1. Maybe do this and take Penix with the 2.01?
