Hopefully, the commissioner gave you two free years of ownership. Without a 1st in 2024 and without a 1st or 2nd in 2025, this is probably the worst takeover I've ever seen. In fact it's so bad, I feel like I'm on Punk'd.

Hold on to Fields, T.Tucker and Downs. The odds for each is something like 3% for the first two and slightly better for Downs, but those are the only three guys on your roster that have even the slightest chance of being good fantasy pieces in 2026. If you could get anything substantial (and over average value) for any of them, I'd say take it. However, I don't think anyone is paying much for any of them. So hold and hope lightening strikes.

Trade everyone else. You'll probably get the most for Goff.

I actually think Henry is your best trade piece. I'd move him quickly, even for a 1st in 2026.

I'd also love to trade away 2.11 for, say, a 2025 2nd and a 2026 3rd. At this point, your big goal IMO is accumulating as many draft picks as possible moving forward.

If there are any players you love (Anteaters named his players), obviously keep them. It could one, three, five players. Just go for volume right now of picks for everyone else, and don't be shy just getting 2026 picks if that's what you can. Obviously, the rebuild would take one year longer. But, with this team, I doubt you were anticipating a quick turnaround anyway.
