Took over an orphan in a 12-team .5 PPR SF.

Curious on thoughts about how it turned out:

Snake draft, two teams, other guy got the first pick.

So I think both you and he made some moves I wouldn't. I think you actually made the biggest (for lack of a better word here) mistake with taking bijan over the 1.03. you could have secured two QBs with your first two picks in a SF league. This also assumes that you can't move bijan for his value. Then you kind of compounded the problem by letting carr fall so far. Definitely would have snapped him up especially after going with bijan.

Look is it going to kill you? Probably not, but just wouldn't be how I build a team.
