Give D Smith/Ferg/'25 3rd for Dell/Andrews?

For team 1 below. 12 team league. PPR, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 non QB flex.
This is slightly piggybacking on an earlier post. Shallow league. Would you tier down from Smith to Dell to be able tier up from Ferguson to Andrews? I could flip Andrews for something else and then draft Bowers at 1.04. Or keep Andrews and then trade back at 1.04. I know some people are down on Dell long-term due to size issues. Stroud loves the guy so I'm probably higher than most on him. I think Andrews has several good years left, so i'm not worried about his age yet. Thoughts?

I'd see if you could drop off the 3rd, but if not I'd still probably do it. I'm hesitant because you already have Laporta but if you could flip Andrews for something else, it'd be worth it - even better if you keep Andrews and move down from 1.04 (if its Bowers) and gather some additional picks/players.

Appreciate the feedback. I did make the trade and plan to do exactly what you said. I will test the market for Andrews and the 1.04 and make a deal to add picks/players. I'm sure Bowers will be there at 1.04 as the guy with the 1.03 said he's taking Odunze. I would like to add a second good QB (Caleb at like 1.06 or 1.08) or draft Brooks in that same range by trading back from 1.04. I'm still undecided at this point if I'd prefer to have Andrews, the proven commodity but 28, or Bowers, 21, dynamite prospect but obviously unproven.
