Minshew vs Aiden O'connel? Who gets and keeps the job?

Asking because I have Minshew as my QB4 in a contender Superflex (Daniel Jones and Geno are my QB2 and 3 so not great behind Ljax there for a superflex) and could sell him for 2.11 to the AoC owner.

Even if Minshew gets and holds the job all season, will he be a worthy enough injury fill in option for a superflex trying to win a ship? He'll have D Adams to throw to and two young TEs. The 2.11 is more flexible to try and get someone more reliable like a Stafford (with additions to the 2.11) down the line. I'd probably try to flip 2.11 to a 2025 midish 2nd so as to keep the flexibility unless someone I really liked fell to 2.11.

I have literally no draft picks until 2027 due to trying to chase a ship and failing in the championship year after year. My regular season record is 61-7 (Sleeper tracks this) over the past 5 years and 0 championships to show for it lol.

Neither. Minshew will get most or all of the starts and the Raiders will be looking for their franchise QB next year. Again, assuming Minshew starts he will put up fine QB2 numbers but I don't think it'll be any better than your other QB2 Daniel Jones.

Minshew is the guy there for this year. The money they paid him is more than you typically want to pay for a backup. They probably move in next year if they can find a good option to replace these guys. They’re kinda stuck in that awkward in between place where they aren’t good enough to compete and aren’t bad enough to get 1.01.

I'm more worried about needing Minshew in injury situations, than starting Minshew over either Jones or Geno if all are healthy

Either Dak or they will trade up in the draft. They aren't sticking with this QB room more than a year.

Traded Minshew (and Lazard and Perine) for 2.11 and took Corum

Not a sexy pick, but maybe returns desperation flex value for my team

Minshew probably keeps it for most of the season unless he implodes. That said, i'm not sure it matters much. If you have to start either of these guys in fantasy, you're probably rebuilding.
