A lot to give… can’t believe someone would draft Bowers and then immediately think of trading him.

First, I don't put much value in picks that are 11 years out.

As for the trade itself, I think you have small wins in a lot of places and decent-sized loss in the (presmumtive) 2025 1st. If you're big on Bowers, this seems fair depending on roster construction.
