If you wanted to say, Tyreek Hill, I definitely wouldn’t be mad at you. His best seasons (119-1799-13) outweigh the best seasons from Evans (96-1321-12), but Evans has literally never had a down year whereas Hill has had a couple.
Adams is on the Mount Rushmore of great WRs from the last 10 years, as is Nuk, but I don’t think you can say either of them have exceeded the statistical greatness of Evans from 2014 on.

Part of this is a general “Mike Evans fanboy” appreciation post. I will never tire of giving him love.
And then part of this is pondering the unique combination of a player possibly having the best statistical performance over the course of a decade, while simultaneously never being the best at his position, at any one point in time during that decade. Is there a player at another position where you feel like that was the case? I mean you could argue Frank Gore almost, but that’s not really the exercise
