I let my bias on JT lean me that way tbh. I’m a Colts fan and JT is my favorite player…I was up in the air on which QB so wanted the next guy to sort out my options and he eliminated one of them, which was probably the best option.

My thinking was that I have more options at WR than top tier RBs…

Plus ppg wise JT put up more than most WRs.

By all means this is FANTASY football. If you have more fun by getting guys you can root for both in real life and fantasy I always say get those guys

Worrying about Dak vs Purdy vs Tua if all those guys are averaging roughly the same amount of points a week is kinda pointless to me. Most QBs will score their points primarily through the air, so unless you have a dude racking up 50, 60+ yards on the ground every game, it shouldn't make too much of a difference IMO. Every single position gets injured, including QBs, so I wouldn't try and make picks based on who might get concussed and be out of the league early.

Also, I actually don't hate the JT pick in the 2nd round.

Way too many folks on this board fail to understand the advantage a truly elite back brings to your starting lineup, even more so if you have more than one of those guys on your squad.

Just look at some of their lineups; their QB groups are adequate, they may have a stud or two at WR and a serviceable TE, but 3rd and 4th string running backs in their RB 1&2 spots and they wonder why their teams aren't competitive.

I'd much rather roll out a Russell Wilson as my QB2 with a JT in the RB1 spot than a Dak as my QB2 and a Zamir White as my starter. YMMV.

We’re at pick 4.2 and so far, CMC, Breece, BiJan, Gibbs, & JT are the only RBs picked

WRs picked are JJ, Chase, MHJ, Lamb, St Brown, Worthy (Wowser), AJB, Puka & Nabers

And picked are Mahomes, Allen, Stroud, Hurts, Lamar, Burrow, ARich, Kyler, Caleb, Herbert, Jayden, Love, TLaw, Goff, Dak, Tua, Purdy, Stafford, Maye, JJM, Cousins, Watson, Rodgers

Another run on QB pretty much eliminates me from going QB in round 4/5. Carr, Baker, Geno, Wilson, BY, Levis are the tops left.

I’ll probably add another RB then WR as RBs score more ppg on average than WRs with our scoring in the league
