RB Depth

Hi Team 1,

Got my Rookie draft starting tonight.

I love the pairing of Bijan/Gibbs but have little to nothing behind them (although excited about Chase Brown)

I’m not usually one for investing in RBs in April/May but I have 4 x 3rds (it’s a deep IDP league so have some value) but not much future capital.

Do I look to draft some of the dart RBs or package the picks for a guy like Gus Edwards?

Any advice or targets appreciated

I've just picked up Aaron Jones in my two dynasty leagues at relatively low cost.

One was in a 12 team 0.5 PPR SuperFlex for the 2.11.

The other was in a 10 team 0.5 PPR 1QB for Dontayvion Wicks.

I feel like Ekeler would come at relatively low cost as well which makes it fairly low risk, particularly behind Bijan and Gibbs.

Depends on the league. If you think other managers are going to trade for RBs in that range during the draft I'd probably get in the game. Like you, I don't really want to do this in May unless forced to. The rookie draft is a time to makes these moves unfortunately. Ideally I'd prefer to trade the picks for future year picks and then use those to acquire a RB much closer to the playing season.
