$200 12 TM SF Devy league needs 1 owner

Hey everybody, have one opening in a league I commish. 12 team videogame themed, Superflex PPR/TEP, devy league, $200 buy in, going on year 5. Here is a link to the bylaws for the league:

Here is the roster that is available, along with rookie picks 1.04, 2.04, 3.04 (devy depleted) and devy picks 1.04, 2.04, 3.04. Rookie draft scheduled for 05/10
