Not crazy about the Polk pick. Not sure he’ll get separation in the bigs and CBs will give as good as get with him.

Clearly there is smoke with AD Mitchell, I don't blame them not going for him when they are obviously trying to reset the culture in the building.

Okay that’s fair. I took a comfortable trip to negativetown when talking about my chargers but your right, the 49ers didn’t get totally outclassed, but they did still lose, and to a team that wasn’t even close to normal strength and on a down year. My central thesis is: passing wins much more than running/defense. Jim is pointing us in the wrong direction because we have been such pussies in the trenches since shottenheimer- who we also couldn’t win the ship with because passing trumps running/defense. Lastly, I know we suck, so there’s that… but… did we all not just see the 49ers last year (arguably the best version of what harbaugh is trying to do here) get absolutely outmatched by a stud qb with barely decent receivers? Is he really trying to recreate the Ravens and 49ers offenses when we have a clear example of the new nfl and what it looks like? I feel like I’m taking crazy pills..
And with our 2nd pick we traded up for a white slot receiver. If this is greatness it’s starting out like a bob ross painting. Ugly as hell until it’s a masterpiece.

Like the Newton pick by WAS a lot. I think he’s going to translate well and be a handful. Like him quite a bit in DT rq’d leagues.
Sweat is going to be his LBs best friend. He’ll occupy blockers but not sure he’ll penetrate much. Probably a DND for me in IDP.
Worried Fiske is going to get engulfed or get latched onto and not be able to keep from getting maneuvered. Think someone else grabs him before I would.
Love DeJean’s value there, and you might get some S numbers if he’s classified as a CB. If your league has return yds he’ll be even more of a plus.

If you like the talent, you’d better love the spot. Chuba Hubbard ain’t putting him on the bench and the O line is very under the radar solid to good. Young is going to need running game protection. Better spot than DAL IMO. I’m not a huge fan of his game but I really like the spot.
